Thanks for checking out my Substack newsletter. This is where I write about the convergence of theology, Christian ministry, and culture. I serve as the lead minister for the Newark Church of Christ and have served vocationally as a minister of the gospel since 2,000. In 2019 I received my Doctor of Ministry in Contextual Theology from Northern Seminary in Lisle, Illinois, and also hold a Master of Divinity from Harding School of Theology in Memphis, Tennessee as well as a bachelor’s degree from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. I am married to Laura and together we have three children.
